Agent terms

These terms apply to people who introduce shops to DealzNear ("agents"). DealzNear is run by Faberlume Labs. Plan prices and some numbers below may change during the pilot; we'll tell active agents before a change applies, and it won't reduce what you've already earned.
What you do
- Introduce DealzNear to shops, hotels and other businesses, and sign them up with the agent page on your phone while you're at the shop.
- Describe DealzNear honestly. Don't promise a number of customers or sales.
- Never take money from a shop. Shops pay DealzNear directly.
- Keep your agent key private. Shops signed up with your key are credited to you.
What you earn
- 20% of the plan fee a shop pays DealzNear, every month for 12 months from its first paid month.
- Commission starts once the shop has paid for 2 months and had at least 10 deals redeemed or check-ins through DealzNear. The first month's commission is then paid too.
- No commission while a shop is on its free pilot, or for months a shop doesn't pay.
- Agents with 10 or more paying shops earn 25% on new shops.
Who gets credit for a shop
- The first agent to sign a shop up gets the credit. A shop that's already on DealzNear can't be signed up again.
- If a shop was signed up with false details, or doesn't know it was signed up, it isn't credited.
Payment
- We pay by UPI once a month, for the previous month, to the UPI ID you give us.
- Your agent page lists the shops you signed and how each is doing.
- You're responsible for any tax on your earnings.
Ending
- You can stop at any time. Commission already earned is still paid.
- We can switch off an agent key for misleading shops, taking money from them, or fake sign-ups. Commission for shops affected by that isn't paid.
- Being an agent doesn't make you an employee of Faberlume Labs.

We keep the details from your application and record which shops you signed up, to credit and pay you. See the privacy policy.
